The Electric power plus is an outdoor bike that uses the same natural up-and-down motion of all TPS bicycles, but with the ability to, with the twist of a handle, become an electric bike generating speeds of 18 mph. By combining electric power with pedaling simultaneously, one can achieve speeds greater than 18 mph.
