TRB Systems International Inc. ("the Company") is a publically traded holding company incorporated in Delaware on July 2, 1994 and listed on the NASDQ--BB exchange on August 21, 1998 under TRBX. The Company established a subsidiary, Alenax (Tianjing) Bicycle Corp. ("Alenax"), to conduct business in China. Alenax was incorporated on February 22, 2005 under the laws of People's Republic of China or PROC. Corporate headquarters are located in Tianjin, China.

Currently, Alenax has License agreements in Brazil, Canada, Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan, India, Nigeria/Benin, Ivory Coast with four other countries, and Tanzania.

The Company was established to produce and market bicycle, fitness, and motorized two-wheel transportation products in China. In late 2007, the Company began its expansion worldwide, seeking local business partners in the form of Licensees, Distributors, and Resellers. This website (www.alenax.com) is an edited English version of the Chinese website for Alenax (www.alenax.com.cn).

Alenax is dedicated to the development of therapeutic, medical, and fitness products using its proprietary and patented Transbar Power System (TPS) technology. Our goal is to provide affordable alternative products for cycling, fitness/health, and rehabilitation markets, while maintaining a high standard of quality and service. After years of developing and refining the TPS technology, our products are now ready to launch worldwide, with fully equipped state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in place in Tianjin and Shen Zhen China and Taiwan. Export products will ship from Taiwan.

Alenax's products are designed to work using a smooth, up-and-down, pumping action, which closely resembles the body's natural walking and running motion. This has three main benefits:

1. Takes advantage of the most powerful movement a leg can make, thereby creating a greater force per pedal stroke, and minimizing the amount of work per distance traveled; hence improved efficiency.

2. Much easier and safer on the knees, hips, and lower back, since the motion of each stroke is more natural than the 360-degree movement required by conventional bicycles.

3. Our current multi-functional bike system incorporates the TPS system with the conventional style of pedaling to form six (6) different pedaling motions. This not only provides greater cycling enjoyment and physical fitness, but it attains a greater range of motion (ROM) for those who require rehabilitation of certain joints and muscles, and those who are limited in ROM (in pedaling i.e. 360 degrees or less).

Alenax's products are especially appealing to those consumers who are concerned about problems associated with knees, hip, and lower back. Professionals from both the medical and fitness fields have given endorsements for our TPS variable stroke action (See Endorsements). Orthopedic specialists and physical therapists have prescribed Alenax products for patients in rehabilitation on their knees, hips, and lower back which provides both aerobic (cardiovascular) and anaerobic (strength building).

There are currently four different Alenax bicycle versions available; two stationary fitness bikes; and our patented uni-set system to convert existing bikes to our system.

  1. 1. Patented Transbar Power System (TPS) in single seat with male and female versions.
  2. 2. Multi-function (6 different pedaling strokes including TPS system) in single seat for male and females and double seat (bike built for two).
  3. 3. Electric bike in single seat.
  4. 4. Two stationary Exercise bikes.
  5. 5. TPS patented Uni-set to replace your conventional bike pedaling system.
