If you are interested in becoming one of our Licensees, Distributors, or Resellers in your respective country, please fill out the basic application form which you can download in the Application section. Fill it out, and either upload it back into our system, or attach to an e-mail to us for quickest response. If you like, you may also fax or mail the application to our headquarters (see Contact Us section for address).
In addition to the completed Application, we request a copy of your photo ID or current driver's license, along with a copy of your business license. This will require scanning if you are going to send electronically.
After we have received and reviewed your Application for initial acceptance, we will send our "Invitation and Franchise Confirmation", along with a telephone call.
We then would arrange for a trip to our headquarters and factory to meet with senior management. If both parties agree to a business relationship, we will then request a signed Letter of Intent along with 10% of the agreed upon territory fee as a security deposit and protection of geographic area requested.
Once Licensee/Distributor is ready to begin operations, a formal contract will be signed along with the balance of the fee due.
