The patented Transbar Power System (TPS) is a revolutionary breakthrough and is unique to the cycling, fitness, and therapy markets. The rehabilitation/exercise benefits and increased popularity of cycling offer an outstanding product line for existing or new customers.

Alenax bicycles have been tested, improved, and proven successful in China, Korea, and other Asian countries.
3. Excellent Management Team
The founder and current management team of Alenax have extensive experience in the cycling business focused on exceeding customer needs. The primary goal of the Alenax management team is to build a worldwide, quality brand name for the Alenax line of cycles.
4. Exclusive territory
The Alenax Distribution system sets up exclusive territories for each Licensee/Distributor so they build their business without fear of encroachment.
We are expanding our business into English speaking countries and are seeking Licensees who will be responsible for developing the entire country and setting up regional distributors who will work with area resellers.
The Licensee will invest an initial fee, to be negotiated by country, to obtain the rights to market and sell the Alenax line of products. They will be primarily responsible for setting up the Distributor/Reseller network at their discretion. However, Alenax may be able to offer some countries with existing distributors already in place.
Distributors will be handling geographic territories based on agreed upon areas with Alenax management until a Licensee is established for that country.
The Licensees will work with their distributors to establish retail resellers; promote and advertise the brand; and handle customer service issues (warranty/repair/parts, etc.)
